 more portable, shareable, and reproducible. For instance, one user can create in his/her own HPC environment a Singularity image for a complex workflow with many software components and their dependencies, then share it with other users, who can run the workflow
 on other HPC systems, independent of the environment as along as Singularity is supported. In this tutorial, we will show how to build Singularity images and run them on the LSU/LONI HPC clusters.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
