It would be good if all these breakout sheets are circulated to all for<br>
feedback to the team that will be putting together the strategic plan. The<br>
discussion in the breakout sessions was good and productive and the group<br>
leaders took notes diligently, but in the course of discussion good things<br>
may have been inadvertently overlooked. Also, post-discussion gestation may<br>
generate additional good ideas. In short I encourage all the group leaders<br>
to circulate their breakout sheets to the participants for one last round of<br>
feedback.<br>
