Dear LA-SIGMA colleagues,<br><div class="gmail_quote">Attached below is the first draft of the agenda for the La-SiGMA kick off meeting next Tuesday afternoon. We have asked the team leaders to make short presentations which will lay the groundwork for the breakout sessions to be held later in the afternoon. Please look for your name in bold face in the itinerary. If you are scheduled to speak, and cannot make it, please suggest an alternative speaker. Due to the brevity of these talks, we ask that you do not rely on electronic presentation tools. We will also ask the team leaders to lead the breakout sessions to be held later in the afternoon. These sessions should identify how the effort of your team can positively impact the efforts of the other teams (particularly the science driver teams), participate in the education and outreach efforts, and pursue other sources of funding. We would like each team to address the questions in the attached breakout powerpoint template, so please bring your laptops.<br>
